Booking Arrangements We normally let on a Saturday - Saturday basis. Visitors are asked to arrive after 2.00pm on the day of arrival and to vacate by 09.30am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and change of bedding etc. ‘Out of Season’ short breaks may be arranged at reduced rates. To make a booking, please telephone or e-mail us so that we can confirm your chosen dates are available. We will ask for your postal details, so that we can send you a booking form. We will hold your dates until we receive the completed booking form and a deposit, which will be 25% of the full cost. Full payment will need to be made 4 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. When full payment has been received, we will acknowledge the payment and send/deliver keys at least a week before the first day of rental. If you book a holiday less than 4 weeks prior to the start date, we will require payment in full. We regret that deposits are not refundable, but in the case of a late booking where full payment has been made, 75% will be refunded if you need to cancel up to 14 days before the start date. Payment may be made by cheque or online bank transfer. Apologies but pets are not allowed without prior arrangement. The bungalow is non smoking throughout. Bedding is provided but please provide your own towels and tea towel. Children are very welcome, although they must be supervised; a stream and a small brook border the site, these are not fenced.
